We ship throughout Bulgaria with the courier company Speedy. Deliveries can be made to their office or address.

• When shopping, you need to enter a current phone number and address where you want to receive your package. Speedy will then notify you by SMS about the arrival of your shipment.
• Orders take 1 to 3 business days to process and ship.
• The delivery cost for all orders is borne by the customer and is 5.50 BGN, based on the Speedy price list.
• If you choose a personal delivery address, then it is borne by the buyer and is 7.00 BGN.
• 
  Cash on delivery (postal money order) - a service in which Speedy undertakes to collect from the recipient an amount previously specified by the sender.
  
• All deliveries are subject to the right to "Inspection". For hygiene reasons, we do not provide the right to "Test".

Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you a refund for the item you purchased. This excludes earrings as we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons (earrings can only be returned if you receive the wrong or damaged item).

• Shipping in case of return at your request is covered by the customer.
• Shipping in the event of a return of a wrongly sent or defective item is covered by us.

Return/replacement policy for defective/wrong item:

• If you receive a defective/wrong item, please contact kikimora.jewelry@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the products. In this case, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the company.
• We will send you an email with a return/exchange confirmation.

  Typically, the refund process will be completed within 2 business days after the product is received back and passes inspection. Return/Exchange Policy for KikiCombo items:
• Products purchased in combination with another item at a promotional price cannot be returned individually. When purchasing a combination of 2 items (or more), the return of all items from the given combination (combo) is mandatory. Return/replacement of only one product from the combo is possible only if the given item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

• The best care you can take for your jewelry is to avoid bathing or getting it wet. Please remove before exercising, swimming and showering.
• Wear your jewelry after spraying your favorite perfume so that the chemicals from the spray or perfume don't interact with the metal of your jewelry.
• Wait for your lotion or cream to dry and be absorbed before wearing a ring, bracelet, or necklace.
• Products like body butter, nail polish, acetone, chlorine, perfume, and the like can react with metal or plated jewelry and cause unwanted discoloration. This also includes sweat, so be sure to remove your jewelry when exercising or doing anything that would require strenuous physical labor, and also when swimming.
• Every time after use, clean your jewelry with a cotton swab or soft cloth to remove all dust and dirt that has accumulated.
• To avoid scratches, wrap your jewelry in a soft cloth after cleaning or store it in a jewelry box, separate from other types of jewelry you have.
• 
  Pro tip: If your clear coat has started to wear off and your jewelry is starting to give you some unwanted skin discoloration, you can apply a light coat of clear nail polish to the inside of the jewelry. This will provide a layer of protection between your skin and the metal. However, this trick won't last forever and you'll need to reapply every now and then.
  

What does "kikimora" mean and why did we choose this name?

Kikimora, because we wanted something different and special.

We all know the figurative meaning of the word, but the real one comes from ancient times, where "kikimora" was a spirit, and not just any spirit, but a household spirit. In Slavic mythology, the Kikimora had two personalities, her actions were determined by how the mistress did her household chores. If the mistress was a good and caring housewife, the Kikimora helped her, she would do housework for the next day all night long, and she would bring contentment and a peaceful sleep to the children. On the other hand, if the mistress was lazy and careless, the Kikimora would cause her problems, wake the children up in the middle of the night and scare them, and would deliberately cause mischief, mess up, and make things dirty.

The clan is a union based on blood, in which all people are related to each other. And when it happened that the grandmother, the oldest housewife, the founder of the clan, died, her heirs assumed that her spirit remained in the house. In this case, "kikimora" was the definition of a close-knit home and belief.

We, at Kikimora, decided to borrow exactly this meaning of the word and realize how important it is to be united, especially in these days when we are going through such a difficult moment. Our name was inspired by this. We wanted to create something beautiful and meaningful, simple and elegant from something negative. All our jewelry and accessories are the embodiment of the person, the man, the woman and the MUSE of the modern world - modern, independent, confident and passionate.
