RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you a refund of the purchased item. This excludes earrings, as we cannot accept returns for hygienic reasons (returns of earrings can only be made upon receipt of the wrong or damaged item).

  • You have the right to return the items within 14 days of receipt.
  • Delivery in case of return at your request is covered by the customer.
  • Delivery in case of return of incorrectly sent or defective item is borne by us.
  • In case you wish to return an item, please send us an email with the reason for returning it to kikimora.jewelry@gmail.com Please do not send the item before notifying us in writing, because the return will not be processed.
  • All items must be in good commercial condition - unused and clean, in their original packaging.
  • If the return is approved, we will send you a confirmation email and details on how your refund will be refunded.
  • Once the returned products have arrived in our studio, we will inspect them and process the refund within 2 working days.
Replacement policy:

  • You have the right to land within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Delivery in case of replacement of a product at your request is borne by the customer.
  • Delivery in case of replacement of a product due to an error on our part (sending a wrong or defective item) is borne by us.
  • In case you want to replace an item, please send us an email with the reason for replacing kikimora.jewelry@gmail.com

  • If the replacement is approved, we will send you a confirmation email.
  • Once the returned products have arrived in our studio, we will inspect them and proceed with the replacement process.
Return / Replacement Policy:
  • If you receive a defective / wrong item, please contact kikimora.jewelry@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the products. In this case, the cost of returning the delivery is borne by the company.
  • We will send you an email with a return / exchange confirmation.
Usually the refund process will be done within 2 working days after receiving the product back and pass inspection.
KikiCombo Items Return / Exchange Policy:
  • Products purchased in combination with another item at a promotional price cannot be returned on their own. When purchasing a combination of 2 items (or more), the return of all items from the given combination (combo) is mandatory. Return / replacement of only one product from the combo is possible only if the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
