Shipping and Delivery
- We send all over Bulgaria with courier company Speedy. Deliveries can be ordered to their office or address. When shopping you need to enter the current phone number and address where you want to receive your package. Speedy will then notify you via SMS of the arrival of your shipment.
- Orders take 1 to 3 business days to process and ship.
- The delivery price for all orders is borne by the customer and is BGN 3.50, based on the price list of Speedy.
- In case you choose a personal delivery address, then it is borne by the buyer and is BGN 5.05
- Payment on delivery (postal money order) - a service in which Speedy undertakes to collect from the recipient a pre-specified amount by the sender.
- All deliveries are entitled to "Review". Due to hygienic reasons, we do not grant the right to "Test".
