Refusal of purchased products
Users of this online store have the right to cancel the ordered products within 7 working days of receiving the specified delivery address in case they are not used, not damaged and their packaging is available, and the commercial appearance is preserved. (all labels, stickers, etc. must be present on the goods in which the conditions under Article 55 of the CPA were received). According to Article 55, para. 2, item 4, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods that are subject to rapid deterioration or there is a danger of deterioration of their quality characteristics.
In case of finding a defective product within 24 hours of receipt and intact commercial appearance of the goods and packaging, we undertake to replace it with a new one or to refund the value of the goods paid by you, according to Article 55 of the CPA, as of the date , to which you as consumers have exercised your right of withdrawal. After this period or in case of violation of the commercial appearance or packaging of the goods, the repair of the goods is undertaken by the services specified in the warranty card.
The transport and other costs for returning / replacing a wrong / defective item are at the expense of the Provider. In case of non-compliance of the goods with the characteristics indicated in the page, the supplier shall refund the entire amount paid by the consumer, including the transport costs paid by the consumer for the acquisition of the goods in accordance with Art. 59 para 3 of CPA and within 7 working days of receipt of the goods and intact commercial appearance of the goods and packaging.
Attention: Upon receipt of the shipment you must check the contents of the package for compliance of the goods with the order. In case of violations in the appearance of the goods caused by the transport, you must ascertain this in the presence of the courier and contact him for a report of a damaged shipment.
Unsolicited and unreceived orders from our office within 7 days are automatically canceled.
Refunds.
In case the payment is made with a bank card, the Refund is made by ordering a reverse operation on the card with which the payment was made within 14 days. We require and maintain the refund to be made with a reverse operation on the card with which the payment was made, in order to avoid problems with transactions in the future.
